Purchasing Goods
Orders can be placed via our website, this service is open 24-hours a day 7 days a week. Shopping from our storefront is easy:

1. Choose the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart.

2. Once you have finished with your shopping just click VIEW MY SHOPPING CART/CHECK-OUT LINK on the top right corner of every page.

3. Fill in the form and choose your payment methods. Just follow the instructions as stated on the page.

If you choose to pay using a credit card via PAYPAL, you will be taken to a secure page hosted on PAYPAL's server. Just fill in your details and make your payment online.

Once we have received your order, you will be received an email confirmation of your purchase. We will only process your order upon receiving the payment from you.

 

Minimum Order and Bulk Order
No minimum order is needed.

We do not sell bulk vanilla beans (We keep on getting enquiries for 50-60 tonnes of vanilla beans! No... we don't do that much). Our beans are premium quality gourmet beans from a single supplier sourced from Papua New Guinea, grown in authentic jungle environment plantations without the use of pesticides and herbicides. We only supply a small consumer bulk of 1-5kg of vanilla beans.

 

Delivery
We do not stock most inventory. Conventional products have a prolonged shelf life since they contain chemical preservatives while organic products have a shorter shelf life. Instead, some items are shipped directly from our international suppliers especially for you per your order. Although this may increase delivery time, it assures your items arrive as fresh as possible (and minimizes waste of perished goods). Handmade natural products are made or blended and packed only upon ordering to ensure freshness and quality.  Please allow 5-14 days for your product to arrive.

 

Malaysian  Payment Methods
We accept both online credit card payment as well as ATM/Internet Bank Transfer in Ringgit Malaysia.

Credit Card

As for November 2009, you can pay us directly online using credit card as GreenVanillaStore.com can now securely process online credit card payment in Ringgit Malaysia for Malaysian customers using Paypal.  GreenVanillaStore.com is a verified Paypal premier account holder. You do not need to open a Paypal account to do this and no extra fees are imposed on you for using Paypal. We have great faith in using Paypal because:

· Paypal has been around for a long time, possess a proven good track record and an experienced 3rd Party Online Payment industry player  compared to others.

· We especially like Paypal's fraud detection system, fast response to unauthorized transaction claim and dispute resolution which we have experienced first-hand when somebody made an unauthorized transaction from our account. The issue was resolved in less than  48 hours and we got our money back pronto.

· Both merchant and buyers are protected when using Paypal. Buyers can shop securely without revealing their credit card details to merchants.

International Orders
We only accept payment via Paypal for all international orders. International orders will be shipped via Pos Malaysia International Airmail or Surface Mail depending on products. We provide no tracking for international orders. Please allow 10-20 days for delivery time. International customers are responsible for any custom taxes or duties imposed, if any.

Returns
GreenVanillaStore.com offers a 'no-hassle' returns policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full and immediate refund. Simply contact us via mail or phone for instructions. For local orders, return requests must be made within 15 days of order processing. Return requests for international orders MUST be made within 30 days of order processing. Requests made after the allocated time will not be honored. Please ensure that the packaging/bottles are unopened, unused and untampered. Customers will have to bear the shipping cost for returns.
